The man behind Phi-NEXT

I built Phi-NEXT from a conviction forged over 25 years of operations: organizations under pressure don't need more consultants. They need someone who can read the real situation, position at the right decision level, and deliver — with the teams, not despite them.

From helpdesk engineer to CTIO, from Luxembourg University's Belval Campus to the Executive Committees of major financial and telecom groups, I've operated across sectors and hierarchical levels with one constant: the result must hold after I leave.

Based in Luxembourg since 2009, I've built an established network across financial institutions, European bodies, TelCo operators, and decision-making circles. At ILA, I train board members and senior leaders on digital governance and AI. At Phi-NEXT, I personally engage in every mission.
